If you've sent an Investor Update Email to your recipients and realized that you've forgotten someone, don't fret. Sending the email to others is quick and simple. This guide will help Founder Users, and Fund Manager Users use the Emails tool to update recipients in Clockwork Universe.
Where to Go First: Find the Sent Email Asset in Universe
First things, first. You will need to find the sent email asset within Clockwork Universe. You can do this by either:
Click on the Emails tab in the lefthand gutter menu to navigate your Sent Emails. Find the desired email and click into the asset, as shown below.
Or, you can navigate to the sent email on your Company Profile Dashboard or Fund Profile and click it, as shown below.
You can also find the sent email within the Updates tab, alongside all other sent updates, and click it, as shown below.
Sending the Email to Additional Recipients
The following window will appear once you've clicked the email asset preview from any previous steps.
Locate the 3 dots button on the top right corner and select Send to Additional Recipients
Click this button. The following pop-up will appear:
You may add as many additional recipients as you want by their email address. Adding others to this list will not share the email within Clockwork Universe, and they will only receive a copy of the email to their email inbox. If you'd like to share the email with the recipient(s) within Clockwork Universe, complete this step and refer to the following section.
Sharing the Email with Other Clockwork Universe Users / Groups
To share a sent email with other Clockwork Universe Users / Groups, click the pencil icon in the upper righthand corner of the page to enter edit mode.
Once here, you'll see the Permissions window alter on the righthand side. Add additional Lists by checking boxes or individual Groups / Users by entering their email address or Clockwork Universe @handle. Then click the "+" button. Once you've added additional recipients, click the Save button in the upper-righthand corner to complete. The update will now be viewable by that Group / User under your company profile.
