How Re-share Feature Works

We've added the new feature that allows some non-owners of the updates to re-share Emails, Accounting and Transactions. The re-sharing feature works for all kinds of updates. The only exceptions are notes and documents created in a Portfolio.

How to re-share posts

To re-share a post go to your dashboard or company profile that you have access to.

If you are not the owner or don’t have edit permissions to the post, you will see the re-share button.

Click the button if you want to re-share a post and you will be prompted to the re-share editing page where you can leave a message and chose the parties you want to re-share this update with.

After the post is re-shared you can come back to it at any time to add more people or edit your message. The owner or anyone that has permissions for the update will be able to see who viewed or re-shared their post via analytics tab.

Confidential re-sharing

If the update you would like to re-share contains sensitive information, you can mark it as confidential in settings on the right sidebar.
