Welcome to Clockwork Universe. If you're reading this, you may be embarking on your journey with us. This guide provides details on how to access and consult your K-1s once they have been shared with you through Universe.
If you don't have an account with us already, once your K1s are available to you in the platform you will receive an email invitation to set up your account.
This email will take you to create a user. To do so, click on the Confirm my email button. You will be redirected to a new window, as shown below.
You can sign up using a traditional email and password setup by clicking Continue, or sign up with Google by clicking on the Sign up with Google button below.
Continue by filling in your information in the form and once the information is completed, you will be redirected to the Clockwork Universe landing page.
🚧 Please Note: You have up to two weeks after receiving the email to sign up. If you don't sign up within this period, you'll need to request a new email.
On the main Universe page, you will be able to access all information that has been shared with you from your GP, such as K-1 forms and any updates or investment data that your group has uploaded. On the left-hand side, navigate to Files. By selecting this option, the K-1s shared with you will appear. If you have multiple documents, you can use the searchbar to find the K1 by title.
You can download the K-1 to your computer by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of the document thumbnail and selecting the Download option.
